Excellent customer service. I could not have asked for more. Working with them was a pleasure. Every time I entered the store, I was greeted by name and they remembered exactly what I was looking for. Their web site is very user friendly and allowed me to look at rugs at my own speed from the comforts of my home. I found the perfect rugs and I love how they look in my home. I highly recommend Fovama, and will go back as I redo other rooms.
